Crown National Safari Chilli Bites 2kgs

Crown National Safari Chilli Bites has a mixture of coarse coriander and black pepper with a well-balanced chilli flavour.

USE: Cut the meat into strips and weigh. Calculate the spice required at 45 g per Kg meat. If desired, add vinegar or Worcester sauce at 50-100 g per Kg meat. Mix the meat and the spice well, cover and refrigerate overnight. Hang to dry.

ALLERGENS: Celery. May contain Cow’s Milk, Egg, Mustard, Soy, Wheat Gluten.

Store in a cool dry location away from direct light. Seal after opening.
