An unique flavoursome blend of exotic satay spices, creamy coconut, roasted peanuts and macadamia nuts. When sprinkled onto chicken it forms a light orange coloured glaze, highlighted with macadamia nuts for extra flavour and visual appeal.
USE: Sprinkle over moist meat portions and allow to stand for the glaze to develop.
