Directions:

Add 45g of powder to 250ml of water and whisk until thoroughly mixed.

Heat to boiling, stirring continuously.

Cover and simmer gently for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Option: After bringing to boil, remove from heat, add 50ml cream and or slices mushrooms and mix well.

Stir back to boil, then simmer gently 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
