Directions:

Add 42g of powder to 200ml of water and whisk until thoroughly mixed.

Heat to boiling, stirring continuously.

Remove from heat, add 50ml cream and mix well.

Stir back to boil. Add sauteed sliced mushrooms.

Cover and simmer gently for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add parsley and cracked pepper to taste.
