Gourmet Granny's quick and easy mix for Pepper Sauce.

A superb sauce spiced with Black and Green Peppercorns.

Directions:

Add 44g of powder to 200ml of water and whisk until thoroughly mixed.

Heat to boiling, stirring continuously.

Remove from heat, add 100ml cream and mix well.

Stir back to boil. Cover and simmer gently for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
